Hello,

It's the second time now that as a buyer I am forced to give a negative feedback to a seller due to a defective item. In both cases I have pictures that prove what I say and I gave the seller the opportunity to solve the problem before leaving negative feedback.

In both cases, I have also received negative feedback from the sellers as a revenge and the only tool that this site allows for self-defence is to leave an additional commentary. I wonder if it would make sense to introduce a procedure that allows the administrators to remove this kind of "revenge" negative feedback, provided that the buyer con prove his point adequately. Honestly, I feel very unfairly punished by these two negative feedbacks... If as a buyer I always can get a negative feedback in return, probably I will not leave any more negative feedback to anyone, even if he deserves it. And this pervertes the sense of the whole feedback system, doesn't it? What do you think?

Best regards,
